[Remote] Quality Analyst - National Remote

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and audit external quality analysts’ calls
  • Present findings and coach external partners for quality improvement
  • Administer programs and monitor compliance with credentialing and training requirements of external agents

Skills

  • High School Diploma/GED or 1+ years of quality monitoring experience
  • At least 1 year of experience presenting findings to stakeholders
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in sales or producer help desk environments
  • Prior quality monitoring experience
  • Experience coaching or training others
  • English/Spanish fluency
