Content Strategist - Build a B2B Personal Brand From the Ground Up Massive Content Output Desired

I'm Eddy. My company does enterprise tech consultant doing PM for enterprise Workday implementations. I've worked with some serious companies - Coinbase, Belk, others between 2k-20k employees. I'm good at what I do. But when it comes to content and personal brand, I'm starting from zero and I know it. About 1,400 LinkedIn followers. Mostly the wrong audience. A handful of posts that didn't really land. No system, no engine, no foundation yet. That changes this year. This is my number one priority and I'm going all in. My target is C-suite, CIOs, CTOs, CEOs and other high executives at mid-market to enterprise companies. I want them finding me, following me, trusting me, and eventually buying from me. The goal isn't vanity metrics. It's the right people in the right seats paying attention. I believe in high-volume content. like Alex Hormozi; push a lot out, see what hits, do more of that. But I need someone who actually knows how to build that machine, because I don't. That's the whole point of this hire. What I need from you Come in with a plan. Tell me what platforms we start on and why. Right now im on linkedin, want to master that, expand to Youtube for long form with some of it being outreach to C-suite for virtual podcast to establish authority by association (that would need someone who can build that pipeline) & then grow into omnipresence perhaps I'm right or wrong perhaps you know why. Tell me what to record and when. Build the repurposing system so one session becomes weeks of content. Pick the tools, the AI, the workflows. If we need an outside editor or tools I am fine to get them, you find them and manage them. And as the audience grows, help me read the comments and build engagement strategy to figure out what they actually want, because that tells us what to sell next that will be higher leverage and more scalable than the advisory offer I currently have.
