The Underwriting Analyst role is designed for upcoming graduates, providing comprehensive training and support in managing broker partnerships and underwriting risks.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and manage broker partnerships in specific states and/or territories across the US
- Manage a book of brokers by delivering exceptional, timely, complete and accurate service to attain company growth, new business and profitability goals
- Develop trusted, respected and lasting relationships with broker partners
- Work with brokers to craft best solutions for their clients
- Share knowledge and best practices with brokers
- Underwrite empathetically at all times
- Analyze, assess, and select risks in accordance with PURE's strategy and underwriting guidelines
- Be challenged on assignments that may require using exceptional time management skills
- Attend additional training and educational workshops to further develop both personally and professionally during your career in insurance
- Be recognized for exceptional performance
- Play a game of ping pong or pop-a-shot in our cafe, take a yoga class led by one of your coworkers on the roof deck, volunteer in the community with your coworkers

- Bachelor's Degree
