[Remote] Business Manager, Content Amplification

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. HardScope is building a media enterprise for the creator era, enabling creators and brands to maximize their content. The Content Amplification Lead will manage HardScope’s amplification product, focusing on scaling creator and partner adoption while enhancing content quality and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day direction of the content amplification product, contributing to roadmap, positioning, and feature priorities
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the amplification ecosystem, creator and publisher workflows, and competitive offerings
  • Run day-to-day operations: manage queues and pipelines, enforce quality and brand standards, optimize throughput, and improve SLAs
  • Build and engage a creator and partner community around the product, with structured feedback loops into product and process
  • Partner with product, engineering, and analytics to translate creator and business needs into clear requirements and experiments
  • Track and report key metrics such as active users, asset volume, turnaround times, satisfaction, and revenue contribution
  • Create and maintain playbooks and SOPs that allow the amplification network to scale efficiently and consistently
  • Support go-to-market efforts for new features, bundles, and use cases in collaboration with Growth and Partnerships

Skills

  • 1–3+ years in creator platforms, digital media, gaming, community management, or operations
  • Familiarity with short-form and repurposed content (highlights, shorts, reels, UGC workflows) and creator behavior
  • Demonstrated experience running or improving operational processes with clear KPIs
  • Comfort working directly with creators and cross-functional internal teams
  • Strong bias to action, structured communication, and the ability to turn messy feedback into clear next steps
