TCS Project Manager 1
Trimark Associates, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Project Manager to support the California Independent System Operator (CAISO) NRI Bucket Process projects. The role involves co-managing projects, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring efficient project completion under the supervision of the TCS Manager.
Responsibilities
- Follow TCS standards and protocols ensuring consistency and efficient project completion
- Co-manage CAISO NRI projects and resources on separate, overlapping project schedules
- Work with owners, regulators, design teams, contractors, and sub-contractors to achieve project goals
- Support project status meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Update NetSuite schedules and Tasks for NRI projects
- Update Customer facing NRI portal
- Prepare, follow, update schedules
- Track and report on document and deliverables
- Track costs using work orders and updating milestones
- Gathering technical project information for various internal teams i.e. Design, equipment configuration and meter certification
- Efficiently schedule meter inspectors and field technicians
- Collaborate with finance for invoicing and oversee fiscal goals for projects
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Project Management, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 0-2 years increasing responsibility in Project Management
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer; this position is not eligible for sponsorship of a work visa
- Understanding of CAISO Business Process Manual and the RIMS process
- CAPM or PMP certification
- Experience using NetSuite ERP
