[Remote] Digital Personal Lines Producer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Leavitt Group is one of the largest privately-held insurance brokerages in the U.S., and they are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Digital Personal Lines Producer to join their team remotely. In this role, you will provide clients with expert guidance and support in making informed insurance decisions while focusing on building trust and cross-selling.
Responsibilities
- Guide leads and prospects in making informed decisions by providing helpful, accurate advice
- Follow company sales and service procedures
- Finalize quotes and hand off sold business to the Account Manager team
- Understand and apply knowledge of carrier products, underwriting guidelines, policy forms, and rating systems
- Develop new business by quoting in a timely manner, preparing proposals, completing required documentation, and binding with carriers
- Achieve new business, cross-sell, and up-sell goals
- Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing professional development
Skills
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- 1+ years of experience in personal lines sales or service preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with prospects and clients
- Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities and timelines
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong initiative
- Able to interpret policy documents, customer contracts, and other insurance forms
- Comfortable with calculations related to quotes, commissions, and discounts
