Magnolia Wealth Strategies, a MassMutual firm, is offering a 13-week training program for aspiring Financial Advisors. This hybrid training combines in-person and online components, providing hands-on coaching and methodologies to prepare participants for a successful career in financial advisory.
Skills
- Life & Health License (2 weeks of training)
- Creative problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset
- Curiosity, coachability, and a problem-solving mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial management software
- Previous experience in a client-facing role
- A passion for building relationships and a commitment to client success
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (*preferred but not required*)
- A desire to pursue the SIE, Series 7 Topper & Series 66 (we'll sponsor you!)
- If you already have the Life & Health License or SIE it is a plus!
