They are seeking a High Call Volume Lead Generation Specialist to manage 300-400 calls daily to identify qualified leads while maintaining data accuracy standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 300-400 inbound/outbound calls daily, ensuring efficient and accurate data verification
- Perform thorough qualification assessments to identify high-quality leads
- Accurately update and maintain CRM records with attention to detail
- Navigate changing campaigns and procedures while meeting or exceeding performance metrics
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security standards
Skills
- At least 1 year in a call center or high-volume call environment focused on data accuracy and performance
- Proficiency with computers and CRMs
- Quiet environment with the required equipment: USB headset, Windows 10 or higher, Intel i5 equivalent or better processor, 8GB RAM, 250GB hard drive, Hard-wired internet (minimum: 30 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload), Webcam for meetings
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
