Billing Specialist
Weston & Sampson is an employee-owned environmental and infrastructure consulting firm seeking a Billing Specialist. The role involves taking on various aspects of accounting support, including billing, collections, and account reconciliations, as the company continues to grow.
Responsibilities
- Initial areas of responsibility will cover one or more of the following: Billing, Collections, Account Reconciliations, and other support as required
Skills
- 1-5 years of professional experience in a finance/accounting or related job function
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Basic accounting principles knowledge
- Documentation skills
- Research and resolution skills
- Data analysis skills
- Detail oriented
- Reliable
- Professional and positive attitude
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or similar related field
- Experience in construction and/or engineering industry
- Experience with Deltek Vision
