Skills
- 1 year of relevant accounting/finance experience
- Required Education: HS Diploma or Equivalent
- Technical certification may be required for some positions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures
- Detail-oriented with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong focus on accuracy and quality in all work products
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and processes quickly

- Experience with financial management systems and ERP software preferred
