LPL Financial is among the fastest growing wealth management firms in the U.S. The Internal Consulting Associate role involves aiding financial advisors by providing relevant product knowledge and consulting on specific client scenarios to enhance their practices.
Responsibilities
- Educate and guide Advisors on LPL’s Advisory Platforms and investment options
- Consult on specific client scenarios, providing suitable solutions
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and where appropriate, educate, mentor, and share knowledge within the organization and the Advisory Desk team
- A commitment and passion around helping our advisors grow their practices
- A variety of basic investment product knowledge and a hunger to become a deep subject matter expert
- An understanding of the financial services industry and a willingness to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-driven environment
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related areas or within
- SIEFINRA Series 7 and 63/65 or 66, or ability to get licensed within the first 6 months
- Must be in office 2 days a week

- Demonstrated ability to use independent judgement to make decisions and solve problems
- Strong communication skills
