Key Responsibilities Reviewing available authorization for pending claims to verify due process was followed, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Accurately entering data into client systems, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Ensuring legal compliance and referring suspicious or complicated authorization to investigators for further review. Collaborating with other professionals to determine authorization validity and cause, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrating a strong understanding of claims, appeals, and medical benefits, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
