Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry and Authorization Reviewer to join our team at Talentra. As a remote position, this role is open to qualified applicants across the United States, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. With a day shift schedule and no travel required, this is an ideal opportunity for those looking to balance their work and personal life. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 3 years of experience in data entry and authorization review, with mandatory technical skills in MS Excel and preferably domain skills in Benefits Configuration and Benefit Administration-Buyer. Key Responsibilities Reviewing available authorization for pending claims to verify due process was followed, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Accurately entering data into client systems, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Ensuring legal compliance and referring suspicious or complicated authorization to investigators for further review. Collaborating with other professionals to determine authorization validity and cause, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrating a strong understanding of claims, appeals, and medical benefits, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting. Maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive medical information, adhering to strict data protection policies. Utilizing computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy, to efficiently complete tasks and meet productivity targets. Developing and maintaining good written and verbal communication skills, interacting with employees and team members in a professional and courteous manner. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following essential qualifications: Proficiency in MS Excel for data management and analysis, with the ability to create complex spreadsheets and reports. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing benefits data, with a high level of precision and quality. Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees and team members, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. Experience or knowledge in Benefits Configuration and Benefit Administration-Buyer is highly desirable, although not essential. Displaying problem-solving skills to address and resolve benefits-related issues, utilizing analytical and critical thinking skills. Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information, adhering to strict data protection policies. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: MS Excel Certification, demonstrating advanced skills in data management and analysis. Benefits Administration Certification, showcasing expertise in benefits configuration and administration. Previous experience in a remote work environment, with a proven track record of productivity and efficiency.
