- Design and continuously improve core processes and operating standards for product operations.
- Define and evolve product planning, building, launching, and review processes at scale.
- Develop a hands‑on understanding of product suite and workflows to support Product Managers.
- Build and maintain tools for consistent product execution across the organization.
- Translate strategic leadership initiatives into clear execution models.
- Establish quality standards for product documentation and team rituals.
- Define collaboration processes with stakeholders like Product Marketing and Support.
- Ensure effective internal communication regarding product launches and updates.
- Lead change management for new systems, ensuring smooth adoption and measurable improvements.
- Manage and evolve the Product Operations tool stack for effective workflows.
- Lead and develop a team of Product Operations managers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or similar roles.
- 2+ years of experience in people management, including hiring and coaching.
- Proven experience in scaling product development processes and operating frameworks.
- Ability to design and implement systems and workflows adopted across large teams.
- Strong strategic thinker with hands‑on execution capability.
- Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Design, and Support teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive alignment and influence without direct authority.
- Excellent communication skills for creating clear narratives.
- Experience managing high‑performing teams.
- Comfortable working with data and dashboards for visibility and improvement.
