We’re a small team, growing fast with huge momentum - join early. As our GTM Recruiter, you'll build our talent acquisition function from the ground up across the USA, EU, and LATAM. This is a rare opportunity to take it from 0 to 1, shaping how we hire across the entire company. Decisions move fast, you can implement changes the same day and immediately see the impact. You’ll help define the processes, craft the candidate experience, and raise the bar for how we scale. This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership. We expect you to push for excellence and raise the bar. Location: Remote with overlap to our New York City HQ (EST) Where you'll create impact

• Build and execute DualEntry’s recruiting strategy across engineering, AI/ML, product, GTM, and leadership roles
• Source, engage, and close exceptional candidates in competitive recruiting markets, including creative sourcing strategies
• Partner with Founders and hiring managers to define role requirements, target profiles, technical assessment, and market positioning
• Own full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and closing
• Establish and continuously improve candidate experience, ensuring every touchpoint reflects DualEntry’s bar for excellence
• Build and manage a repeatable recruiting process, pipeline reporting, and analytics to identify what works
• Build and define our process, employer brand, and candidate pitch

What sets you up for success

• Hardcore work ethic and high agency
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at high-growth start-ups
• Deep sourcing expertise: you know how to find and attract talent beyond inbound with creative strategies
• An analytical approach to identify profitable talent sources and to manage team members against KPIs
• Practical and high-speed recruitment approach
• Experience building recruiting functions from the ground up (candidate experience systems, ATS workflows, etc.)

Compensation & Benefits

• Equity: $15,000 - $35,000 USD
• Base Salary: $50,000 - $100,000 USD
• Contract type: B2B
