Job Summary Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Automation Specialist with expertise in HubSpot, Marketo, or similar automation platforms. This remote position is ideal for professionals passionate about driving customer engagement, lead nurturing, and campaign optimization through marketing technology. The specialist will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and managing automated marketing workflows that improve conversion rates, streamline communication, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • * Design, build, and optimize automated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
  • * Manage and maintain the marketing automation database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • * Develop targeted email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and customers at various stages of the buyer journey.
  • * Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to create effective lead generation and nurturing strategies.
  • * Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • * Implement A/B testing strategies to enhance engagement and conversion outcomes.
  • * Ensure marketing campaigns comply with privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
  • * Integrate automation workflows with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, etc.) to support sales alignment.
  • * Monitor and troubleshoot automation workflows, ensuring smooth campaign execution.
  • * Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation, analytics, and digital marketing.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • * Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • * Proven experience working with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or ActiveCampaign.
  • * Strong understanding of lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle management.
  • * Proficiency in CRM integrations and marketing data analysis.
  • * Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • * Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • * Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization is an added advantage.
  • Experience
  • * Minimum of 2–4 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation and campaign management.
  • * Experience in B2B marketing and digital campaign analytics preferred.
  • * Certification in HubSpot or Marketo will be considered a strong plus.
  • Working Hours
  • * Flexible remote working hours, with availability for occasional virtual team meetings.
  • * Expected availability: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (IST) or as per project needs.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • * Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels including email, social media, and paid campaigns.
  • * Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and recommend improvements.
  • * Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • * Proficiency in workflow automation, CRM management, and marketing analytics.
  • * Self-motivated, tech-savvy, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
