Key Responsibilities

• * Customize teaching materials to align with different learning levels and academic curricula (CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, etc.).
• * Track student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians.
• * Maintain classroom discipline in a virtual environment and promote a supportive and motivating learning atmosphere.
• * Use technology platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and digital whiteboards for effective instruction.
• * Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated with best practices and educational tools.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Bachelors degree or higher in Education, English, Mathematics, Science, or a relevant field.
• * Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• * Basic computer proficiency and comfort with online teaching tools.
• * Ability to manage time effectively and deliver structured content remotely.
• * Only female candidates are eligible for this position.
• Experience
• * 0 to 3 years of tutoring or teaching experience (freshers with strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm are welcome).
• * Previous online tutoring experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Working Hours
• * Flexible working hours with a preference for availability during afternoons and evenings (IST) and weekends.
• * Minimum commitment of 3–4 hours per day, depending on your schedule and student demand.
• * Weekend-only options are also available.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• * Strong foundational knowledge in your subject of expertise (English, Math, or Science).
• * Ability to simplify complex topics and foster interactive learning.
• * Patience, empathy, and adaptability to accommodate varied student learning styles.
