Job Summary

We're looking for a highly organized and meticulous Data Entry Coordinator to support our team in Houston, TX. As a Data Entry Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. Key Responsibilities

- Accurately and efficiently enter data into our database management system - Meet or exceed data entry quotas and deadlines - Maintain the integrity and accuracy of our data by identifying and correcting errors - Collaborate with our team to resolve data entry issues and improve processes - Develop and implement efficient data entry procedures to improve productivity and accuracy - Provide exceptional customer service by responding to data-related inquiries and requests - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and management

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher in a related field (e.g., business administration, computer science) - 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word - Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle)

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, computer science) - 2-3 years of experience in data entry or a related field - Experience with data analysis and reporting - Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) - Certification in data entry or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Entry Specialist)
