Job Summary

As a Lead Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading our team to achieve sales and service goals. You'll be responsible for managing daily store operations, providing coaching and guidance to team members, and driving sales growth through effective customer engagement and upselling techniques. Key Responsibilities

* Greet customers, run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions to drive sales growth

  • Lead shifts on a regular basis, providing coaching and guidance to team members to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Work with the food program to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for store appearance
  • Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance, ensuring that our customers receive fast and friendly service
  • Interact with customers daily, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily sales and service goals
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve sales and service goals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role

  • Experience with food programs and sales strategies
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and customer service techniques
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
