Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our Plano, TX team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our clients' data. You'll be responsible for data intake and processing, Salesforce operations, and communication and coordination with our sales team. Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
Data Intake and Processing:
+ Regularly monitor and retrieve data from Tableau and Google Forms. + Conduct thorough data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Salesforce Operations:
+ Utilize Salesforce to search for existing records matching the incoming data. + Create new records in Salesforce for unmatched submissions, accurately populating required fields. + Update existing records as needed to maintain data integrity.
Communication and Coordination:
+ Use a template to provide relevant information about the processed submissions via email. + Collaborate with the sales team to address any questions or concerns regarding the data and processes. + Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
Essential Qualifications:
+ Proficiency in Salesforce, including data entry, record creation, and search functions. + Excellent knowledge of G-Suite applications, particularly Google Forms and Sheets. + Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. + Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines. + Organizational and time management skills. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience in a Financial services industry. + Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
