Job Description

As a Data Entry Clerk – Level 2 at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data from physical and digital documents into our company database. You will also be responsible for verifying information for accuracy, updating internal reports and spreadsheets, and managing your workload to ensure that priority items are completed quickly. Your strong attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Enter data from physical and digital documents into our company database

• Verify information for accuracy and completeness
• Update internal reports and spreadsheets as needed

• Utilize AS400 system and Microsoft Excel to perform data entry and reporting tasks

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in AS400 system and Microsoft Excel
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
