Job Summary

As a Customer Service/Motor Vehicle Services Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also handling various motor vehicle services tasks. This is a full-time position with growth opportunities, and we're looking for someone who is motivated, reliable, and willing to learn. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Handle various motor vehicle services tasks, including but not limited to:

+ Processing vehicle registrations and titles + Handling vehicle inspections and emissions testing + Providing information on vehicle safety and maintenance + Resolving customer complaints and concerns

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and arenaflex's policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency required; additional languages a plus
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a motor vehicle services or insurance-related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a motor vehicle services or insurance-related field

  • Knowledge of Arizona state laws and regulations related to motor vehicle services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working with databases and software applications related to motor vehicle services
