Job Summary
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our appraisal software system by accurately and efficiently entering data into our system. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that all data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Key Responsibilities
* Perform data entry functions, including inputting sketches, images, and other data into our appraisal software system
- Learn and master our appraisal software system, including its features, functionality, and best practices
- Ensure that all data entered is accurate, complete, and up-to-date
- Collaborate with our team to resolve data entry issues and improve data quality
- Perform general office functions, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Meet productivity and quality standards, as established by management
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with appraisal software systems or similar data management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
