Experienced Customer Success & Implementation Manager – Building the Foundation for arenaflex's Customer Journey

You'll work hands-on with our customers and help shape the way they interact with our solution – both in the field and at a strategic level. Key Responsibilities
As our first Customer Success & Implementation Manager, you'll be responsible for owning the full customer lifecycle, including:
- Own the full customer lifecycle: Own all post-sales activities including onboarding, adoption, retention, and account health monitoring.
- Execute technical implementation: You'll handle the end-to-end setup for new customers, including data extraction, cleansing, and transformation.
- Be a trusted advisor on regulatory topics: You'll guide customers through compliance questions and help them navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
- Build strong relationships at all levels: Whether it's field operators or senior management, you'll communicate with empathy and clarity to create long-term trust.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Min. 2 years
of experience in a customer-facing role; e.g. customer success, account management, or consulting.
- Strong Excel/data handling skills and a sharp analytical mindset.
- Excellent people skills – you can navigate conversations with field operators just as well as with senior managers.
- Fluent in both English and German.
