Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist - Amazon Customer Service Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our Amazon customer service platform. Your responsibilities will include:

• First Point of Contact: You'll be the first point of contact for customers, answering their queries via phone, SMS, and email.
• Guiding Customers: You'll guide customers online regarding website-related issues, product questions, and payment matters.
