Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data into company databases with high accuracy - Verify the accuracy of data before inputting into the system - Manage and organize files and documents - Collaborate with other departments to ensure data integrity - Respond to data inquiries and provide timely updates - Maintain confidentiality and security of all data - Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent typing skills with a speed of at least 40 words per minute - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup - Previous data entry experience preferred but not required
