Job Summary

As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers through phone and email interactions. You'll utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions in a fast-paced environment. This is a fully remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home while enjoying a reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide timely, accurate, and professional customer service to arenaflex customers through phone and email interactions

  • Utilize software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
  • Assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems
  • Communicate with customers in a fun and fast-paced environment
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate and effective solutions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training provided
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using software tools and technology
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience working with software tools and technology

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
