Verizon’s Consumer Wholesale organization plays a crucial role in how Verizon presents itself in the marketplace, enabling additional revenue streams and subscriber growth through consumer-focused MVNO distribution channels. The Channel Management team you will be joining focuses on the day-to-day account management of two key channels for this important business. As a Sr Client Partner, Channel Management, you will: Engage with tier 1 channel partners on a day-to-day basis and execute plans to achieve revenue targets and objectives. Deliver on channel development goals and lead commercial engagements in your assigned channels, manage SoW intake, work order process, and contract execution Develop and manage working-level relationships internally and externally Work with channel management leaders to engage the broader team members within the Wholesale organization's Product, Operations, and Platform teams, as well as external supporting organizations' teams (Legal, Finance, Revenue Assurance) on customer issues, procurement, troubleshooting, change requests, and process improvements. Ensure that both the customer and Verizon are meeting all contractual obligations. Manage external client channel communications at the working level Provide input on any escalations to senior management on critical issues/risks/decision points, and management of these elements on an ongoing basis Qualify customer strategic business requirements, negotiate contracts, exhibit strong financial management, and ROI skills Interact with external customers and internal organizations to provide input to product marketing and development Control expenses to meet budget guidelines and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes What we’re looking for... Responsibilities

  • Engage with tier 1 channel partners on a day-to-day basis and execute plans to achieve revenue targets and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in a business field, e.g., Business Administration/Management
  • Three or more years of channel management experience with a tier 1 channel
  • Coordinated complex customer programs with internal and external team members.
  • Proven success in providing business solutions to Wholesale customers or large-scale corporate clients.
  • Excellent customer communications, interaction, and presentation skills.
  • Collaborated with internal cross-functional organizations and customers on complex projects
  • Demonstrated effective organization and negotiation skills.
