Product Designer /Remote from Switzerland/

In this role, you will help shape the experience of customer-facing web and mobile applications, working at the intersection of design, product, and engineering. You will lead design efforts across features and flows, translating complex business goals into elegant, user-centered solutions. Operating in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, you will guide the product team from discovery through delivery while maintaining high standards for visual and interaction design. • Lead the design of web and mobile applications, translating ideas into scenarios, sketches, flows, high-fidelity comps, and interactive prototypes.
• Define user experience, interactions, and visual design, ensuring clarity, usability, and aesthetic quality.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align design decisions with business priorities and technical feasibility.
• Conduct user research and testing to validate design concepts and refine solutions.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, patterns, and component libraries across products to ensure consistency and quality.
• Support cross-functional teams by providing clear, actionable design documentation and guidance throughout the development lifecycle.Requirements:
• Proven experience as a product designer in multidisciplinary teams, delivering web and mobile design work that combines creativity and business impact.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design thinking, user-centered solutions, and clear storytelling through visual and interaction design.
• Proficiency in design tools and methodologies including wireframes, task flows, page flows, high-fidelity comps, and prototypes.
• Strong information presentation skills, both visual and written.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive, user-friendly designs.
• Collaborative mindset and experience working closely with product and engineering teams.
