Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound service calls, providing excellent customer service, and striving to meet or exceed metrics
- Driving customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications
- Navigating through multiple systems to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- To be 18 years of age or older
- A high school diploma (or GED equivalent)
- The ability to pass a criminal background check
- A strong desire to advance your career with a reliable company
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work well in a team or independently
- A commitment to 40 working hours per week
Equipment and Internet Requirements
To ensure a seamless customer experience, you'll need:
- A USB headset
- A monitor
- A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 5.0 Mbps download and 5.0 Mbps upload

Compensation
The compensation range for this role is $14 - $18.20 per hour, dependent on the province you live in. We're committed to providing a competitive salary and benefits package to our associates.
