Available Roles

We are currently hiring for two exciting roles: 1. Content Moderator: As a Content Moderator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of online content. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and evaluating user-generated content, identifying and removing inappropriate or offensive material, and collaborating with our team to develop and implement content moderation policies. 2. Customer Support Agent: As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and escalating complex issues to our team of experts.

Position Details

* Languages Required: Hungarian (C1+) and English (B1-B2)

• Locations: Bulgaria, Portugal, Greece (including remote options)
• Contract Type: Permanent with full benefits, including medical insurance
• Relocation Support: Provided (flight and accommodation support in most locations)
• Salary: Around 2000 euro/month, bonuses available

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Language skills: Hungarian (C1+) and English (B1-B2)
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., communications, marketing, customer service)
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role or content moderation
• Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
