Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate ll to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Loss Prevention team, you'll play a vital role in preventing potential loss and dishonesty, while also providing exceptional customer service and supporting our store teams. Key Responsibilities:

As a Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate ll, you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a professional stance in the designated area at the front of the store, acting as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss/dishonesty
  • Reviewing and understanding the Store Emergency Response Guide to ensure your safety and the safety of others
  • Wearing a complete arenaflex-approved uniform, including a Body Worn Camera, to maintain a professional appearance and ensure store security
  • Greeting customers appropriately, demonstrating courtesy and respect, and establishing a positive customer shopping experience
  • Responding to customer requests for assistance by referring customers to store management or customer service via a Company-issued radio
  • Observing and reporting any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to Loss Prevention or store management
  • Performing a closing safety sweep of the store with a member of management to ensure store security and safety
  • Adhering to all arenaflex policies and procedures, including documenting required incidents in AIIM Case Management
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound decision-making skills and the ability to take initiative and perform well independently
  • Prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • 0-2 years of retail or security experience (previous experience in a similar role is a plus)

Compensation and Benefits:

This position has a starting pay range of $13.30 to $18.60 per hour, with actual starting pay determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. arenaflex offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) matching program and paid time off.
