Responsibilities

As an Experienced Live Chat Agent/Admin Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through live chat channels, while also assisting with administrative tasks. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Assisting customers with their questions and concerns regarding our services and products, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Performing administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and document management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitoring and evaluating chat performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, providing feedback and suggestions to enhance the customer support process.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Proficient in using live chat software and other customer service tools, with a strong understanding of CRM systems and basic office software.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and spelling, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Experience in administrative tasks is preferred, with at least 1 year of related experience, and a strong understanding of data entry, scheduling, and document management.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software is a plus, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
