Job Summary As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and voicemail. Your primary objective will be to resolve customer inquiries efficiently, effectively, and with empathy, while consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets.
