Job Summary
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and shaping the support experience of our company. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service, and you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve order-related issues with empathy and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Recommend relevant products and services to customers, and collect feedback to improve our support experience.
- Collaborate with our team to identify and resolve issues, and to develop new processes and procedures to improve our support operations.
- Work closely with our product and development teams to ensure that our support processes are aligned with our product roadmap.

Requirements
* 1-2 years of customer support or service experience: We're looking for someone with a proven track record of providing excellent customer support, either in a call center, retail, or e-commerce environment.
- Clear, professional writing and strong problem-solving skills: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers, and to troubleshoot complex issues with ease.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking: Our support team is fast-paced and dynamic, and you'll need to be able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities at once.
- Experience with Intercom or food delivery apps is a plus: While not required, experience with Intercom or food delivery apps is a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to work with complex systems and to provide excellent support in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule
* Three 10-hour shifts, Saturday-Monday: We're looking for someone who can work a non-traditional schedule, with three 10-hour shifts on Saturday and Monday. This will give you the flexibility to enjoy your days off, and to recharge for the next shift.
