Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Compensation and Injury Review

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for connecting with individuals who have been affected by the harmful side effects of certain medications, medical products, consumer products, and toxins. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues, and achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities:

* You'll be connected to people (through an automated dialer) who have filled out a form to see if they meet the criteria to potentially qualify for compensation.

  • You'll work with a high volume of connections, resulting in speaking to 40-50 callers a day, of which 1-5 callers would potentially qualify.
  • Your work will involve multitasking, such as listening, answering questions, viewing multiple windows, and utilizing phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and following scripts appropriately.
  • You'll achieve or exceed monthly KPIs to improve retention/Upsell/Cross Sell rates and goals.
  • You'll participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position.
  • You'll adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • You'll assist with other projects as needed.
  • You'll be responsible for self-troubleshooting and problem-solving basic IT problems.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

* Achieve or exceed monthly retention rates

  • Meet or exceed monthly Upsell/Cross Sell targets
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for handling calls, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service

Requirements:

* You must reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey.

  • You must have a quiet, distraction-free space to work.
  • You'll need a reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with the following specifications:

+ 8GB of RAM + 20 GB of free storage + 1.2 GHz or faster CPU

  • You'll need high-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum - standard internet).
  • You'll need a reliable Noise Cancellation Headset that is wired via USB (ex. gaming headset with mic/ Logitech G432) (average price is $20-$30).
  • You'll need strong background in call-center environment and sales-focused experience.
  • You'll need 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and meet or exceed performance targets

What We Offer:

* Competitive hourly rate starting at $17.31/hour, with commissions and bonuses, resulting in a total compensation up to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+)

Training Schedule:

* Training will be Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern.

Hours of Operation:

* A full-time schedule of 40 hours a week from the following hours: + Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern + Friday-8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
