Key responsibilities

As an airline customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to learn and perform a variety of functions, including:

  • Rotating through check-in counter, lobby area, departure gate, customs, arrivals, and other areas within the airport
  • Effectively navigating through various challenges and flight activities to ensure on-time performance
  • Professionally interacting with high-profile passengers
  • Partnering with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure a safe and secure travel experience

Essential qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • At least 18 years of age, high school graduate or G.E.D equivalent
  • Must be able to obtain security clearance from US Customs and Border Protection, which requires valid proof of citizenship or authorized residency
  • English proficient, other languages are a plus
  • Computer savvy

  • Knowledge of airport operations and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
