Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative I, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to build strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide customer service relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications

  • Validate the ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners
  • Ensure accurate PO (Bill Only, Ship and Bills, GHX, and other future EDI platforms) entry, pushing back on incorrect or subpar data
  • Validate the accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases
  • Develop creative solutions to customer issues, providing phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
  • Provide proactive updates on order status to accelerate the billing process
  • Support the Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails, and fax, researching responses with sales
  • Build relationships with hospital billing specialists and support surgery product usage questions to accelerate the billing process, following up to collect purchase orders and clarify discrepancies
  • Support Sales Reps in case of product usage pricing or discrepancies

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED

  • Two (2) years' relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience as an account representative

  • Familiarity with Oracle

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in data entry and accuracy
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building relationships and resolving issues

  • Familiarity with EDI platforms and PO entry
