As a Customer Service Representative working from home, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our valued passengers, handling inquiries, providing assistance, and resolving issues to ensure a seamless travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their concerns.

  • Assist customers with reservations, ticketing, flight information, and other inquiries, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, using problem-solving skills to think quickly and creatively.
  • Process changes to reservations, including rebooking and cancellations, ensuring that customers are informed and satisfied with the outcome.
  • Provide support during irregular operations, such as flight delays and cancellations, using strong communication skills to keep customers informed and reassured.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns, ensuring that customers receive a seamless and consistent experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, using computer systems and navigating multiple applications simultaneously.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, using problem-solving skills to think quickly and creatively.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple applications simultaneously, including airline reservations systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus).
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and creatively, using strong attention to detail and accuracy to resolve customer issues.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, particularly in a call center or airline environment, with a strong understanding of airline operations and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

* Familiarity with airline reservations systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus) is a plus, with the ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.

  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure, using strong communication skills to resolve customer issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
