Key Responsibilities:

Assist with filing, organizing data, processing reports, and supporting other teams with data-related tasks.

Customer Information Management:

Ensure all customer data is kept up to date and properly organized in the system.

Provide Reporting Assistance:

Assist with generating data reports and analyzing trends to support customer service teams.

Communication:

Work with internal teams to provide necessary data and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to records.

Support Operational Tasks:

Assist in day-to-day operations, ensuring data flows seamlessly throughout the organization.
