About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet customers and provide a warm, welcoming experience

  • Run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions to customers
  • Work with our food program and other areas of the store to maintain high standards for store appearance and provide fast and friendly service to customers
  • Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
  • Interact with many customers daily, working with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks around the store
  • Sell products to customers, provide excellent customer care, and communicate effectively with customers
  • Perform at a quick pace while having fun, working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals
  • Come up with great ideas to solve problems and think quickly to offer suggestions

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a sales associate or cashiering role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Physical ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required
