Job Summary

As an International Chat Process Executive at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through live chat conversations. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and concerns, and use your expertise to resolve issues and provide solutions. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide timely and effective customer support through live chat conversations

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer complaints and concerns
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum 6 months of experience in international chat process or customer support

• Relevant documents (e.g. degree, certification, etc.)
• Flexibility to work in night shifts (e.g. 10pm-6am)
• Good (Intermediate / Advanced) English skills
• Sound communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role

• Knowledge of customer service software and tools
• Certification in customer service or a related field
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to work in a remote or virtual setting
