Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Insurance Sales Support Team Member, you will play a vital role in supporting our insurance agents in gaining and keeping customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through prompt, accurate, and friendly service
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Conducting needs-based reviews to educate customers about insurance options and promote the development of our business
  • Utilizing exemplary communication skills to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the growth of our business
  • Collaborating with insurance agents to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals and expand our customer base

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Dedication to customer service: You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Property and Casualty License: You are able to obtain a Property and Casualty License, which is required for this role.
  • Marketing skills: You have a keen interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs and are able to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals.
  • Communication skills: You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and are able to effectively communicate with customers, insurance agents, and other stakeholders.
