Key Responsibilities

As a work from home customer service representative in a contractor role, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails
• Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilizing arenaflex's proprietary technology platform to manage customer interactions and track performance metrics
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences across multiple channels

Contractual Relationship

As an arenaflex contractor, you'll enter into a contractual relationship with us. You'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment, and arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
