Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a 5-month contract basis. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for assisting with the onboarding of customers to cooperative members through the intake of Membership and Patronage Applications. You'll assess applications for patronage eligibility, enter data into our SAP system, and communicate with applicants and business units as needed. This is a remote opportunity, and we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the onboarding of customers to cooperative members through the intake of Membership and Patronage Applications
- Assess applications for patronage eligibility and enter data into our SAP system as necessary
- Send written communication to applicants and/or business units representing the applicant where the form is incorrect, incomplete, or more information is needed
- Assist arenaflex staff with various ad hoc projects as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and data
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Proficiency in SAP or similar systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a cooperative or agricultural industry
- Knowledge of agribusiness or related fields
- Familiarity with cooperative membership and patronage programs
- Certification in data entry or a related field
