Power Platform Consultant/Developer at Microsoft

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Technical Power Platform Consultant to join our Solutions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite. The role requires expertise in Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents/Copilot Studio, and Power Pages along with a deep understanding of business processes. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and functional consulting leads to analyze their requirements, provide customized solutions, and ensure the successful deployment of Power Platform solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect technically robust solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Dataverse, Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents/Copilot Studio.
  • Design and implement scalable solutions using Power Platform components: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
  • Build and deploy AI-powered agents using Copilot Studio, integrating with enterprise systems and data sources.
  • Customize and extend Dynamics 365 applications to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and deliver high-impact applications.
  • Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with Microsoft best practices.
  • Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform updates, Copilot capabilities, and emerging technologies.
  • Implement integrations between Power Platform solutions and other systems using APIs and connectors.
  • Optimize Power BI dashboards for data visualization and analytics.
  • Data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights for informed decision-making.
  • Implement automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes and enhance productivity.
  • Work closely with the Solution architect to align on functional and technical solutions
  • Lead or support client workshops to translate technical requirements into Power Platform applications

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.
  • Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and building intelligent agents.
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 customization and integration.
  • Proficiency in Dataverse, connectors, and integration with external APIs.
  • Experience with automation, workflow orchestration, and low-code development.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals or higher certifications are preferred (PL-900, PL-200, PL-400, etc.)
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
  • understanding of Agile methodology and experience with Azure DevOps
  • 4+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Experience with Azure services, especially Logic Apps, Functions, and AI Builder.
  • Familiarity with governance, security, and lifecycle management in Power Platform environments.
  • Understanding of data modeling, data analysis, and business intelligence concepts.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to develop innovative solutions.
