The Role
As a live chat customer support representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive and engaging experience for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to live chat messages from customers on our website and social media channels, providing timely and efficient support to resolve their queries and concerns. Your duties will include:
