• Own the ClinOps Tooling Vision and Roadmap to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team focusing on operational tooling, automation, and governance.
• Drive a tech-enabled operating model by partnering with AI and Product leadership.
• Translate operational processes into standardized, repeatable solutions.
• Design mechanisms for performance auditing and operational governance.
• Solve horizontal problems end-to-end by diagnosing root causes and designing actionable solutions.
• Leverage data analytics to prioritize initiatives and refine workflows.
• Bridge the gap between ClinOps and technical teams to ensure smooth transitions to new tools.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Operations, Strategy, or Product in fast-paced environments.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of developing teams and driving execution.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Looker, SQL, and advanced spreadsheet applications.
• Experience in improving operations through technology and governance structures.
• Ability to design performance measurement frameworks and auditing models.
• Experience managing complex roadmaps with multiple stakeholders.
• Systems-thinking mindset with an understanding of workflow interactions.
• Strong organizational discipline with a hands-on and outcome-oriented approach.
