Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
• Take inbound calls regarding grocery delivery services for one of arenaflex's stores, providing exceptional customer support and resolving any issues or concerns
- Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the resolution
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and support the efficient operation of arenaflex's grocery delivery services
- Answer general in-store questions, such as product availability and restocking schedules, to provide customers with accurate and timely information
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless customer experiences
Requirements
• Familiarity with Google Chrome and ability to navigate multiple software applications
- Experience in customer service, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer support and resolving customer complaints
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
