Role Overview – Customer Success Coordinator

The Customer Success Coordinator at arenaflex is the linchpin that ensures our customers’ contracts are renewed accurately, on time, and with maximum value. You will work at the intersection of Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, and Legal, orchestrating complex renewal cycles for a large portfolio of enterprise accounts. Your proactive mindset will not only safeguard recurring revenue but also uncover expansion opportunities that contribute to arenaflex’s ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • End‑to‑End Renewal Management: Own the full renewal lifecycle—from receiving purchase orders, forecasting revenue, generating quotes, negotiating agreements, to creating and submitting orders in our ERP system.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Revenue Operations, Customer Success Managers, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to remove bottlenecks, ensure compliance, and maximize renewal success rates.
  • Upsell & Expansion Enablement: Identify upsell signals during renewal conversations, work closely with Account Executives to develop tailored expansion proposals, and coordinate the proper sales resources for seamless execution.
  • Risk Identification & Mitigation: Analyze customer health metrics, flag at‑risk accounts early, and collaborate with Customer Success Managers to design remediation plans that protect revenue.
  • Data‑Driven Forecasting: Update renewal pipelines, maintain accurate forecasting models, and provide leadership with actionable insights on renewal trends and churn risk.
  • Documentation & Process Excellence: Ensure all renewal documentation is complete, accurate, and stored in compliance with internal audit standards.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as a trusted advisor to customers during the renewal phase, addressing concerns, clarifying value, and reinforcing arenaflex’s commitment to their success.

  • 2–4 years of experience in SaaS renewal coordination, contract administration, or inside sales support.

  • Familiarity with legal contract language, licensing models, and procurement processes.
  • Experience working closely with Account Executives on upsell or cross‑sell initiatives.
  • Ability to interpret customer health dashboards and translate insights into actionable renewal strategies.
