As a Home Support Assistant, you will provide essential assistance to clients by:

• Performing light housekeeping tasks such as organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning.

• Offering personal assistance with activities like dressing, grooming, and meal support.

• Running errands, grocery shopping, and accompanying clients to appointments.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Valid driver's license or state-issued ID.

• Reliable transportation is essential.

• No experience necessary, but applicants with certified nursing assistant (CNA) certification are encouraged to apply.

• A commitment to professional growth, including training as required by state regulations and our organization.

Caregivers must meet background screening requirements as mandated by state law. Compensation, benefits, time off, and bonuses may vary by state and location; please ask for full details during your interview.

*The $1,000 sign-on bonus is effective from 1/1/2025. It will be distributed in two installments: $500 after 500 hours worked, and another $500 after 1,000 hours. Caregivers must remain active throughout this period and maintain a minimum of 85% electronic visit verification to qualify. Bonuses will be processed within 30 days upon meeting eligibility. New caregivers and those who haven't worked with Help at Home since before 1/1/2024 are eligible. Caregivers transferring from within the Help at Home LLC portfolio are not eligible for the bonus.
